About the Conference

The NYAPSA Annual Conference is New York State’s statewide gathering dedicated to advancing pretrial practice.

Over two days, professionals from across the justice system come together to explore current developments in pretrial services, share practical experience from jurisdictions across the state, and examine innovative approaches to strengthening pretrial programs.

Through workshops, plenary sessions, and discussion with colleagues working in diverse communities throughout New York, the conference provides an opportunity to exchange ideas, address shared challenges, and contribute to the continued development of pretrial services statewide.

Whether you work directly with individuals in the pretrial process or help shape policy, programs, and court practices, the NYAPSA Conference offers meaningful opportunities to connect with professionals committed to strengthening the field.

Registration includes access to all conference sessions and scheduled conference meals.

Hotel Accommodations

NYAPSA will have a conference room block available at Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady. The conference rate is $126 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Additional booking details and reservation instructions will be posted once the room block is finalized.
