The NYAPSA Conference 2026 is the premier statewide event for pretrial professionals in New York. Join ATI programs, probation-hosted pretrial programs, nonprofit pretrial providers, court partners, treatment and community-based service providers, and justice system stakeholders October 19–20, 2026, at Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady, New York, for two days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

The 2026 NYAPSA Conference will be held at Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady, New York, with lodging available at The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino.
The Landing Hotel is located at 21 Rush Street, Schenectady, NY 12305, along Mohawk Harbor and connected directly to Rivers Casino. Guests are steps away from the conference venue, dining, entertainment, and the waterfront area.
